I recently went into this furniture store ready to purchase a sofa bed for my parents as a surprise gift. I had already found the exact sofa bed I wanted, which was close to a $1,000 purchase, so I was a serious customer — not just browsing. The sofa bed was oddly placed directly in front of a pole, making it impossible to fully pull out. I asked the employee, who appeared to be the manager, if he could move it slightly or fully open it so I could see how the legs sat on the floor. I specifically explained that my current sofa bed tilts when the legs touch the floor, and I wanted to make sure this one didn’t have the same issue before purchasing it. Instead of helping, he only opened it halfway and kept insisting it was a queen size, even after I explained that size was not my concern. He completely refused to reposition it or properly demonstrate the product for me as a paying customer. His attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and nonchalant the entire time. As a business owner myself, I find it unbelievable that a store would lose a nearly $1,000 sale simply because an employee couldn’t be bothered to provide basic customer service. Most people may come in just to look or finance furniture, but I was literally ready to pay on the spot. The way I was treated felt very uncomfortable and honestly came across as discriminatory. I would not recommend shopping here. There are plenty of better furniture options in McDonough where customers are actually treated with respect.

Moe was so patient and helped me pick out the perfect couch for my space. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish. My grandmother and I came in here looking for furniture and Mo was very helpful, sweet, and funny. He had everything I needed and he helped me out! He was very patient and thorough. The prices were very fair as well! Definitely go to them if you are looking for furniture 😊

Moe is a really good worker got really good. Customer service provided the help that we needed helped us decorate our house as well when we showed them pictures of how our house look 10 out of 10. I do recommend if you’re looking for great furniture and great prices this is the place to go.
