I recently visited the Living Spaces in Manteca, and I absolutely love this store! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed — the staff are so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Stephanie and the manager Hoai. The quality of their furniture is excellent for the price, and the designs are both stylish and beautiful. The crew went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the free coffee and tea — such a nice touch! Thanks to the team, my home is now even cozier. I would rate them 20 out of 10 and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service.

Beautiful furniture, plenty of selection. Friendly staff. Excellent detail to customers. Clean restrooms to take a break and water, coffee and tea offered to continue on your furniture hunt!

Excellent selection of furniture. We visited to look for a reclining sofa and to be honest, had a difficult time selecting one due to so many choices. We ended up purchasing a leather reclining sofa that was on sale for a good price. Our sales person was exceptionally patient with us and very knowledgeable. Delivery was fantastic and they set it up for us exactly where we wanted it. All in all a great store with an excellent staff. Highly recommend!

Extremely convenient location near highway. Very attentive, informative, patient staff without being pushy. Clean and very large warehouse filled to the brim with interior home furnishings. They had some really great prices today and was actually surprised the discount on quality products. Will definitely be back for myself or my mother's furnishings soon.

Dear Michael Zinser, I am emailing you about your Manteca store with the 2.1 Star rating. My wife and I just had the most dissatisfying experience in our lives today, we recently purchased our second family room set from your Manteca store and we have purchase family room sets from you in the past. Being from the service business for 35 years, I was in disbelief of the way your company is taking care of it’s repeat customers. You know what’s unusual is, that you can’t contact any managers from the store directly, the managers can treat you bad, because the public has no way to contact them and hold them accountable! You might want to change that! I ordered a rug off your website and what we received wasn’t even close to what was shown on your website! The colors suppose to be cooper and we were delivered a red rug. We drove three hours to return the rug to your Manteca store, thinking since we just purchase our second family room set from Living Spaces there, your folks would take great care of us and exchange the rug, by the way, the rug was never even removed from the wrapper. My wife and I went to exchange the rug for something the correct color. That’s when we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Tiffany, I don’t even know if that’s her real name. She said, you are passed the 7 day return policy. We never signed anything agreeing to a 7 at return policy and it’s been less than 30 days since we were delivered the carpet. She was extremely unhelpful, rigged and condescending. We asked for the store manager. She said she was a supervisor, I then asked if I could get the name of the store manager. She said she didn’t need to give me his or her name to me. I’m sure there is video of the exchange. It got heated, because I was upset. I told her I was going to give her and the store terrible review that would cost you business and I serious about this, because of how we were treated. We felt like we were being treat as thieves. Like we were trying to take advantage of your company after just spending $5000.00 on a couch! I am looking for some help and satisfaction to this unpleasant experience, It ridiculous that I have to spend my Memorial Day typing a letter to you. Thank you for your attention to the matter?
