My wife and I visited this Ashley location after getting approved for financing online. Our experience started off great. The first salesperson who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and assisted us in selecting the furniture we wanted. However, when he went to lunch, we were handed off to a younger salesperson and the manager to finish the purchase. Before signing anything, we confirmed multiple times with both the original salesperson and the new salesperson that we were purchasing the entire display set. After completing the financing, we were sent on our way without being given any paperwork to review. When the furniture was delivered, we discovered that it was not the complete set we had been promised. I immediately called the store, only to be told that the missing pieces were not listed on the order and that there was nothing they could do because of their no-return policy. This experience left us feeling misled. It seems like once the sale was completed, our concerns no longer mattered. Whether it was a mistake or poor communication, the store refused to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. We will not be doing business with Ashley again. If you decide to shop here, don't rely solely on what you're told verbally. Carefully review every document before signing and make sure you receive copies of all your paperwork before leaving the store. It could save you from the same frustrating experience we had.

Arnie was incredibly helpful and super cheerful and bright. We knew what we wanted but didn’t see it in the store and Arnie helped us build what we wanted at a great price. Super grateful for her guidance and her fantastic attitude :)

A good experience before they took my money. A different story after... I was told my sectional was ready for pickup. When I arrive, they said one piece came damaged. Ok, things happen. So I asked for free delivery on the piece when it arrived. They (store manager) said no. I had to make arrangements to pickup a 2nd time. Though the salesperson and warehouse staff were respectful and nice, the operation was sloppy and I didn't feel valued. They gave me a 1-800 number to call. It was for making a claim. Not helpful, as it wasn't in my possession nor did I get the chance to even see the piece. I'd accept Ashley missing their anticipated pickup date the salesperson told me. I'd accept waiting another couple weeks due to a damaged piece. But I do not accept the lack of communication; not informing me of damage until I'm parked at their store, and allowing me to show up to pickup a partial order. Then not having the willingness to help me with a delivery. I wasted two Saturday mornings. ANTI-CONSUMER, corporate vibes. They got my money, then didn't follow through. Just glad it's over. I won't be shopping at Ashley again nor recommending it.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ashley Furniture Store, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making a purchase here. From the beginning, the service was far from professional. Our sales associate, Didier Almendarez, did not demonstrate the level of professionalism or customer focus you would expect when making a significant purchase like furniture. Instead of guiding us or answering questions clearly, we constantly felt brushed off. What made the experience worse was the behavior of the management. When we tried to escalate our concerns, the manager was not willing to listen or address the issues. There was a clear lack of accountability and customer care. One of the most frustrating aspects was how every question we asked was met with the same response: “We have other customers, we need to check with them.” This made us feel unimportant and like our time didn’t matter at all. The biggest issue, however, was the pricing inconsistency. Initially, we were quoted one price for a furniture set, but later the total amount turned out to be completely different. This lack of transparency felt misleading and unacceptable. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience, unprofessional staff, unresponsive management, and unclear pricing. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy furniture buying experience.
