Cannot express in words the excellent level of service Bob gave me to select a bed that my husband could use. Because of a medical condition he has been unable to use our current bed and has slept in his recliner for over 2 years. Bob helped me over the phone since I am unable to leave home to shop - his recommendations, adjustments to meet my needs, explanations so I would understand differences, quick expert delivery with great care in setting up the bed are almost hard to describe. The price was more than acceptable. As a result of all this my husband had a great nights sleep - and me too as well as our 2 year old beagle. I would never shop anywhere else and hope someday to visit their location to thank him in person.

Not only did we find that they and their employees are wonderful people, but we also learned a lot about mattresses from these pros. The Long family has been in the mattress business for many generations. Long’s mattresses are the highest quality. They are not single sided, the way that many companies make them these days. Long’s sells a wide range of mattresses in different price points, from many different companies, as well as making their own. The highest level they sell is better than mattresses from companies who have huge marketing budgets and higher prices. They spend a lot of time with manufacturers to make sure they stand by what they sell. The combination of their knowledge about mattress quality and their trustworthiness has turned us into lifelong customers. We have recommended them many times and have bought from them. Everyone has been extremely happy, not to mention that some of the people who have bought their mattresses are very picky. We have also had great success recommending their sleeper sofas. Once you buy from Long’s, you’ll never go anywhere else. Their list of devoted clientele is extensive and a testament to this. We were amazed to also learn that they ship around the world.

I gave Long's bedding a shot as I've heard great things through peers, and I am definitely glad I did. I am quite new to purchasing mattresses on my own so I visited several times and tried several beds based on their recommendations. On all my visits, Ethan and Terri have been very informative, welcoming and never pressured me into buying something to make a sale. It's been about 6 months since my purchase, and I can say I am extremely happy with the purchase of my bed from their recommendations. I will definitely be returning when I need to purchase a new bed. Thank you so much Ethan and Terri!
View on GoogleBuying a bed at Long's Bedding is a wonderful experience that makes a typically stressful situation much easier and more pleasant. The sales team is extremely knowledgable but very laid back, patient, and relaxed while helping you. They do not work on commission so there is a commitment to simply getting you the best possible bed within your price range. Long's has been a family business since 1911, and you really get the sense of this when shopping there. My sales person let me lay on the bed for at least 15 minutes while discussing options. They have an excellent range of beautiful, quality beds ranging in price point and they don't make you feel badly if you are looking for a bed within a certain budget. Terri, the owner is extremely patient and kind as are members of her sales team. After buying a bed at Long's, I will never shop at a typical mattress store again!

We stumbled upon this place while looking for mattresses and it was a refreshing experience being helped by people that really knew their stuff, not just some salesmen trying to get a sale. They were patient, flexible, and made it a positive experience. They had a great selection of beds and answered all of our questions, making delivery very easy as well. Highly recommend.
