I stopped by Yves Delorme this past Monday to get ideas for my space and had a wonderful experience. Aaren was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He even offered water and coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. He made the entire visit feel easy and pleasant, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location when I’m ready to move forward.

To be clear, the Madison Avenue store was helpful when I reached out — this issue is not with the store itself. The problem arose from an online purchase that appeared to be directly from Yves Delorme but was later revealed to be through a third-party vendor. After being advised by a Madison Avenue store Yves Delorme representative to wash the items before use, I found the quality to be completely inconsistent with the brand. Since then, I have contacted multiple Yves Delorme representatives in both the U.S. and France and have received no response whatsoever. It is very concerning that a brand of this standing would not respond to a customer attempting to resolve a straightforward issue. I hope this can still be addressed appropriately.
