I went in to the Sleep Loft on York Ave. In NYC to get an idea on which mattress that I wanted to purchase. I narrowed my choices to Dream Cloud, Saatva, and Helix. I met up with a sales agent named Luke. Luke was easy-going, friendly and professional. He described the mattresses in detail and showed me their features, including pluses. He explained which mattresses were better for certain types of sleepers. At the end, I chose the Avacado. It felt the most comfortable and best for the way I sleep. I give the experience of five out of 52 to the professionalism of Luke, the sales person, inventory, selection, and price.
