I first purchased from here 7 years ago. The mattress is still in great shape. Recently, I purchased from here again. They were more than accommodating when I needed to make a change to my order. Korey and the entire staff are great to work with. Highly recommended.

Both gentleman that showed up to deliver my mattress and power base were very professional and easy-going. You could tell that even though their job was tough, they took it in stride. I’m very happy with Long’s overall from my sales person Kory to the delivery guys that just finished setting up my bed. For those of you that may be considering the purchase of a Bowles mattress, please be sure to tip your delivery people. Can’t wait until tonight, when I get to take it for a test drive! Bill C.

Long’s Mattress called me at 8 AM to tell me they would deliver between 10 and Noon. They showed up at 9:45, the crew took the old mattress and box spring and brought in the new mattress and box spring in without scratching or breaking anything. They gave me the warranty and instructions on setting up the mattress cover. Buy a mattress from Long’s with confidence! Great folks to do business with. The sales experience was great and our salesman didn’t try to oversell us on something we didn’t need.

My husband and I wanted to go with a local (IN) company that makes and sells our next mattress. After a lot of research, we were looking at Saatva but had heard of a local brand that has the same quality. When we entered the store, we were greeted by a nice gentlemen by the name of Doug. He was very informative and was able to help us narrow down what we wanted in a mattress and walked us through important decisions factors to make sure our purchase the best for us. He provided us with a quote and we left to make our decision. Absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot. The next day my husband and I called the company back and decided to move forward with our purchase. Ray answered the phone. Again, very friendly and very helpful. We were able to smoothly process our purchase and received a receipt within just a few minutes. I highly recommend the company so far based on their hospitality and expertise in everything that relates to mattresses.

I bought a Newport mattress with a power base a year ago. It was a lot softer in the showroom. Even my husband couldn’t believe the difference. After a year, it’s still not broken in. It is so hard that it hurts my shoulders and back. We bought a hybrid mattress here a couple years ago and it broke in much better. I’m just sharing my experience.
