We bought our couch from here. The gentleman who helped us was great. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very chill. He was knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. We absolutely love our couch. Delivery was great. Setting it up was easy. The pillows it came with a firm and big. We can fit a lot of people on it. My cat loves it and her claws don’t scratch it up.

I liked the price , comfort sitting of living room pieces . A price within my budget . Friendly service. White glove option to take out old furniture. Saw adds on Facebook that brought me in . Getting all in gray fabric. Except chair in pleather . Modern looking

We purchased on the spot with easy financing. We found the best prides and the best variety of styles at Bob's furniture. Thanks also to the manger Eric. Great customer service. There are always plenty of people working who are willing to be as involved (or not involved) as you’d like. If you say you want to browse and aren’t purchasing anything that day, they leave you alone. If you describe what you’re looking for, they’ll walk you around and help out a ton. I’ve never felt pressured to buy. The show-room has a lot of options but isn’t crowded or overwhelming. Purchasing is quick and easy. Atiyyah was great!

Found a couch at a great price, got a 5 year warranty for $100, and it shipped and delivered and assembled or another $150. Anthony was very helpful and went over every line item with me to ensure I understood the breakdown of the final total. His manager then did the same. At no point did I feel pressured into anything, staff was professional and courteous. My kids were getting antsy, but they have free ice cream, candy and snacks at the café in the store, so they went and enjoyed themselves while we finnalized everything.
