Bryce was absolutely amazing! I came in a little unsure if I was ready to purchase a mattress and he eased any hesitations I had and gave me a deal I couldn’t resist. I recommend coming here for your mattress needs! PLUS I got this tiny squishy Purple mattress.

We purchased our first matress from American Matress and so far have loved it. Our experience at the store went smooth and great. We were helped by Ginger in weighing our options with what needs we were looking for. We felt heard and listened to without being pressured to make a purchase immediately. The store had a wide variety of brands to sample and lay on. Fair pricing as well. We were lucky enough to come at a time when no one else was in the store and spent about 45mins getting to decide what matress would work best for us. The delivery of our matress also went very smoothly and came right on time. The movers were kind enough to help take our old matress off the bed, remove all the plastic from the new matress, and take the trash with them. They were in and out in under 5 minutes!!

The manager, Brice, talked w/ me over the phone. I was quite surprised by his active listening skills and respectful attitude. I felt comfortable and confident that he cared about my order and valued my time. I went to the store later that day and he walked me through each step and worked out a deal for my benefit. I truly recommend anyone who wants a great mattress with a great deal to order their mattress and accessories @ this American Mattress store on 82nd St.(Indianapolis).

I recently went to the American Mattress Castleton location twice within a few days. I was glad I had the same salesman for consistency of service. Rocky definitely had my best interest in mind as he showed me various mattress options. He was personable, professional and easy to build rapport with. He was also thorough in all of his explanations and in answering of my questions. Rocky allowed me to take my time and repeatedly try out each mattress. When ringing up my final purchase, he reviewed all aspects with me. This was my first time purchasing a mattress, but he made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this American Mattress location to anyone in the local area.

I have gotten every mattress from American mattress and I have been pleased each time. We just bought a new king size mattress this month. Mark helped us and he was excellent. They delivered it on time. They gave us a great deal that fit within our price range, so they really came through for us. I would highly recommend American Mattress to everyone!
