Love UR Bed Mattresses West

Five-Star Recommendation for Gene and Love UR Mattress Business I recently purchased two mattresses from Gene, and I can honestly say it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Gene was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect mattresses. The delivery was fast and right on time—no delays, no hassle. As for the mattresses themselves—wow! One is a pillow top and the other a hybrid, and both feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. The comfort and quality are unmatched. I’ve never slept better! Gene offered an incredible price—truly unbeatable—and the value I received far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a great deal and even better sleep, this is the place to go. I will absolutely recommend Gene and his business over and over again. I simply Love UR beds! Will be returning for a 3rd mattress💕

I had a really great experience at Love Ur Bed! The customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I found the right mattress. They’re also very military-friendly, which I truly appreciated. They offered a great deal on both the mattress and delivery, making the whole process smooth and affordable. If you’re looking for quality sleep and excellent service, I highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely exceptional customer service received by Gene! Today, I walked in needing a new mattress and Gene listened to what I was looking for and helped me select the perfect mattress. He did not try to push or pressure me into purchasing the most expensive mattress, which has been my experience with other retail sales. He asked me what my budget was and showed me the beds within that range. Today I purchased a beautiful plush queen sized mattress, along with the box spring and rails. Not only did Gene deliver my mattress and box spring today, he also put together the bed rails, and placed the box spring and mattress. I am beyond happy and grateful for my new mattress as well as the exceptional customer service by Gene! He is the owner, this is his business and he takes pride and has integrity in what he does. So if you’re looking for a mattress be sure and visit Love Ur Bed in Mckinney!!

Just bought 2 mattresses and box springs from Gene. He helped me choose a great mattress, given some of my back issues. His knowledge and customer service is impeccable. This is the best mattress buying experience I have ever had and I am definitely going to recommend him to friends and family.

Best mattress buying experience I’ve had. Gene provided exemplary service and knows how to be personable with his customers. I bought a mattress on a strict budget and Gene made it possible for me to afford exactly what I was looking for. He even included delivery for the lowest price I’ve come across despite the fact it was outside his usual distance limit. Highly recommend!
