Mattress Firm McKinney Eldorado Pkwy

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. Ron was fantastic—patient, knowledgeable, and even taught us grown adults the right way to put our sheets on… let the base do the work! It was one of those simple tips that makes you wonder why you didn’t know it sooner. Paul was equally great—very kind and calming, which made the whole process feel easy and surprisingly refreshing instead of stressful. Both of them were honest, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure we got what we needed. Highly recommend working with Ron and Paul if you’re mattress shopping!

My wife and I went to Mattress Firm today and was helped by a gentlemen name Ron who was awesome. He was very patient and helped us pick the perfect mattress. I had no plans to purchase anything but to just look, but after listening to my needs I couldn't pass up the deal he have us.i hate being pressured and never buy anything my first visit but today I did. Why? Because I was never pressured and Ron gave me a great deal I couldn't pass. I can't believe I'm saying this I don't trust salesmen but Ron was the real deal who I felt was honest. Thank you!

Paul was definitely patient with me in answering all of my questions since it's the first time in buying a new mattress without my late husband along to help think of questions and to try out the bed with me. Paul was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses that they have. I can't wait until my mattress and adjustable frame are delivered and am looking forward to a better night's sleep.

Mattress Firm hired a great employee. Mike over at mattress firm went leaps and bounds looking for a remote we wanted for our new mattress. Sadly they stopped selling them but that didn't stop him from checking every nook and cranny looking for the remote even under beds within the store. Thank You soo much for all your hard work Mike.

Mattress Firm is always helpful, patient and never pushy when you’re trying to find the “perfect” mattress for your needs. They give you a range of options from low to high prices and help you stay in your budget. They’ve had our business for almost 15 years. That’s included 2 kings, 4 queens, 1 full and 1 twin. So needless to say, this is our go to place for mattresses. All the locations we have shopped have been nothing but nice and helpful. They hire great people to represent their company and they are all knowledgable.
