Mattress Firm North Mckinney

Mike was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the right mattress for my needs. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

Take my word for it, come to this particular store so you get the pleasure of Mike’s humor, warmth, and infectious charm! You can buy a mattress anywhere, but what you are really buying is how much faith someone instills in your purchase. I’m extremely pleased with Mike and Mattress Firm. I went in several times to decide on my mattress and Mike always remembered tidbits from my visit before. What my kiddos were doing, my job, family, life, etc. Thank you so much and I can honestly say I will be a continued customer for any of my mattress or pillow needs!

I had a really solid experience at Mattress Firm, and Mike made the whole process easy. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and he didn’t rush me or try to push me into something expensive. Instead, he asked the right questions about how I sleep, what I like, and my budget, then pointed me in the right direction. He was patient while I tried out different mattresses and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. It felt more like getting help from someone who knows their stuff rather than dealing with a typical salesperson. Checkout was smooth, and Mike walked me through financing and delivery without any confusion. Delivery also showed up on time and everything went as expected. Overall, it was a low-pressure, helpful experience. If you go to Mattress Firm, I’d definitely recommend working with Mike.

Went it on a tight schedule and Joe was able to help me find the right mattress for my wife and I for the best value. He was very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. All my requests and considerations were met, would do business with them again.

Grade A service, customer care and professionalism. I was immediately greeted by Mike, detailed what I was looking for, we tried out a few options and was done! Mike respected my time and my wallet.
