The family & I stopped in to buy some new mattresses & while we were in there we bought some Amish furniture too. Brittany was our sales rep & she was very helpful in not only picking out the right night stands but also keeping our 3 kids entertained. Customer service was excellent and we’re looking forward to our new bedroom setup.

Purchased a Serta mattress. They REALLY tried to get me to buy a new foundation. I told her my foundation was fine. I also told her a rigid queen foundation would not fit up my old farmhouse stairs Long story short I got the mattress and the delivery guys had one heck of a time getting it upstairs, tugging and really crushing in the sides trying to get this thing up there.(this was not a foam mattress) I slept on it for a couple of night and I noticed my butt print remained all day(the mattress did not bounce back) I weigh 150 lbs. I went to the store to complain and they told me they would have a Serta rep reach out. He came out and said the foundation was fine but it could have a few more slats and another support in the middle and ya know an old farm house maybe some shims under a leg or 2. We have it all leveled up. Did all that and it made no difference butt print is where ever I sleep. Very disappointed. Spent over 1300.00 on this mattress. and over the years have spent a good deal at Cash and Carry furniture. Another Cash/Carry employee called later and asked how I am enjoying mattress. I told her the whole story also suggesting that maybe the integrity of the mattress was screwed up from trying to get it up the stairs and at this point I was just going to live w/it. She said it might take a while but to let her work on this and maybe she could get a solution to this issue. Never heard another word this was over 2 months ago. You always hear shop local, we won't be doing that for furniture anymore.

Very nice people at Loves furniture store that is located on Washington Street Claremont NH. All the delivery workers are all the very best. And the manager who works at Loves and promp of taking care of business right away. And the female staff are also nice folks. I recommend this business who ever needs a couch,bed lamps,rugs and what have you. If you don't know how to decorate your house or apartment there is a professional lady who works at Loves as a sale lady you can hire her. Im know as the Tan Man who walks on Washington Street Claremont NH in the summer time always wearing different Hawaiian shirts that I buy from Hawaii all the delivery workers knows me as I wave to them as they drive bye. They delivered everywhere not just Claremont NH also Vermont and other towns. They have beautiful furniture come on down to Washington Street and check out what Loves furniture has. Melissa, the salesperson who helped us, was very informative about the products we looked at and made our buying experience seamless. The delivery men were courteous and professional from start to finish. I will definitely shop at Love's Bedding and Furniture in the future.

Got our new couch today. I love it. Also John and the young man were fantastic. Very nice professional. I was so impressed with everything. Again in the West Lebanon store was fantastic.
