Great buying experience...we are beyond happy with our purchase! My girlfriend and I have been looking for a couch for weeks, but with Covid going on, supply has been limited everywhere. Despite the pandemic, Aumand’s continues to have a great selection and ended up having exactly what we were looking for. Staff there are friendly, helpful and keep their prices extremely competitive. Great people and professional service. We bought out La-Z-Boy recliner and reclining sofa a few months ago and love them. We had a small issue with a thread pulling on a cushion and they ordered a new cushion and replaced it under warranty today. Todd is down to earth and very honest about all his products. The delivery and repair guys are great as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Picked out and paid for a mattress and told it was in stock but they needed to get it from the warehouse up the street. The sales guy disappeared and the warehouse person came in and said “we were out of stock on that one, but I brought a similar one”. All the mattresses had price tags but he lead me over to three that did not. The mattresses are arranged in order from most expensive to least and these three were at the end of the line. My guess is the one they sold me was about $100 less than the one I thought I was getting. The mattress was fine but not the one they sold me and I even said to the guy this is a classic bait switch. I should have taken my money back but had guests coming and didn’t have time to drive 45 mins to the next store. I just wish they had been honest instead that cost them a customer.
