Mattress Firm Valley Square Shopping Center

Pleasant shopping experience. Timothy helped me initially, as the manager was at a work meeting. Decided to pick up the next day, rather than wait for delivery. Called to confirm product was in stock. The manager was very informative, and accommodating to my questions. I'd recommend, and go back

I’m beyond pissed right now so here I had a balance of $655.96 I’m thinking wow I’m almost done with this payment and today I casually check my account and it says I owe $1,654.90 I almost died and mind you I wouldn’t of notice cause I make payments through autopay , that’s all I need right now so I called and both the representative and manager were useless and didn’t gaf , so I was on a promotion that clearly expired if the sales guy would have told me it was going to be an additional $1000 after the promotion that bed would have collected dust in there storage room, with everything going on today with the government shut down you would think they be more sympathetic but they are as cold as Trump, so they pretty much said I have less than 30 days to pay $655.90 or my minimum payment is increasing from $30 to $59 next month and when I got this bed it was already $1,600 so they should have said that it was going to be $2,600 with interest fees slapped up all at once after the promotion, who pays over $2600 for a mattress in Claremont? This mattress has a memory foam on it that I bought cause it isn’t even that comfortable it has the fancy frame that feels like your in a hospital bed but it isn’t how they advertise it sorry for over $2600 , I swear they could come and get there bed and charge the sneaky sales guy who didn’t disclose the details just to make his commission off of me uhhhhfff

My wife talked me into buying a purple mattress. We went to mattress from him and spoke to a really nice gentleman. A few months ago we went back in the same salesman was there to help us he was very professional got us the bed we wanted. Price through in a few gifts the Bed was delivered right when they said it was going to be the delivery guys were right on time and also very professional. I highly recommend using In West Lebanon. We use a different mattress store when we moved into the house five years ago I will not mention any names, but these guys did a much better job all around.

Our sleep expert Jevon was a perfect example of great customer service!! He was knowledgeable and had a smile that encapsulated his whole being. We purchased a Sleepy's memory foam full mattress for our built in reading/guest bed. He did not hide that one of the downsides was that it slept a bit warm so we purchased a comfort cool mattress protector to compensate per his recommendation. I would definitely recommend going here and looking for Jevon. We will be going back when we replace our bedroom mattress.

We were very pleased with our experience staff was kind and helpful. Jevon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses we asked about..No Sales pressure just very kind respectful and knowledgeable!
