Some years ago I purchased a recliner bed from luckies furniture. With I purchased a firm mattress which was uncomfortable. This was no fault of the company. This was my choice. Well, today on July 3, 2026, I called about purchasing another mattress to replace the firm one I bought. The lady I talk to was so professional. Rather than talk me into buying another mattress, she gave me a suggestion to try mattress toppers. I wish I remembered her name but I don't. She help me save money that I didn't need to spend by giving me another alternative. Thank you so much. You are the ultimate professional. Your whole crew is.

Luckies is the best! I simply call Melissa, tell her what we need/looking for then ask a few questions, review the info, order, and it’s delivered. Highly recommend getting your furniture here! The staff and delivery crew were extremely nice and helpful. Their prices are very competitive with other furniture stores and definitely worth every penny. When we purchase our king bedroom set, the process was easy and hassle free! Everything delivered within a week! If you do end up needing delivery services YOU NEED TO ASK FOR PHIL & CHARLES!! Those two were very respectful and professional. They assembled our bed and placed all of our furniture exactly where wanted it without any issue! They also took extra care of making sure none of our furniture or house got scraped or damaged. If you’re ever in the need of new furniture, shop here and ask for Phil and Charles to deliver your goods! Will definitely shop here again in the future.
