Sleep Number

Our experience purchasing the Sleep Number i10 Smart Bed was absolutely outstanding, and a big part of that was because of Ashley and Micah. From the moment we walked in, they made the entire process comfortable, informative, and pressure-free. They took the time to really listen to what both Shon and I were looking for in a mattress. Instead of just trying to sell us something, they educated us about how the Sleep Number technology works and helped us find the right settings and options for our needs. Ashley and Micah were extremely patient while we tested different numbers, pillows, and bedding combinations. We ended up purchasing the i10 mattress along with pillows and bedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The level of customer service they provided made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. They answered every question we had and made sure we felt confident before making such an important investment in our sleep. Buying a mattress can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Ashley and Micah made it easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering a Sleep Number bed, I highly recommend working with them. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. Thank you both for making this such a great experience for me and Shon!

I just bought a second Sleep Number bed from Alejandra at the De’Iberville, MS store. I purchased a bed from her in store a couple of years ago. She is so knowledgeable about their products and gives outstanding customer service! This time I knew exactly what I wanted so I called her to make a purchase by phone vs. driving 30+ minutes to the store. Alejandra handled everything quickly and easily. She gave me all of the important information I needed and I’m sure she will follow up to ensure that my delivery happens as scheduled. She’s very thorough and always follows up. I highly recommend Alejandra and Sleep Number beds. It’s the only brand we’ll buy. 😀

Micah was by far the most welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and friendliest salesman we have EVER encountered! After serving a total of over 48 years in the Air Force and living in over 8 states between my wife and I - we have had a lot of salespeople during all of our purchases throughout the years. We are very thankful for his patience, knowledge, and expertise throughout our purchase at Sleep Number! We came in less than an hour and a half prior to closing, had tons of questions, he explained everything in great detail, we weren’t rushed one time even though it was over almost 2 hours after closing when we finished the sale! Again, he was very pleasant, an expert, and a very seasoned professional that we enjoyed working with every step of the way!!!

Micah Barnes at the Diberville, MS store was awesome. His wealth of knowledge about the different Sleep Number models was amazing. He was patient and let us take our time and helped us to make a well informed decision without any pressure. I would highly recommend Micah to anyone interested in buying a bed.

Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and bedding. I know I’m going to sleep better after this experience. I can’t wait for my cooling blanket to be available. I’m so excited for my pillow and blanket to arrive!!
