Chris was absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I went to shop for our first “real” mattress and Chris explained so much to us that we never knew about!! He was charismatic and made us feel comfortable while we tried out new beds and found an entire new base and mattress in our budget!! Mattress shopping and big purchases like this are daunting especially going in with no prior knowledge and Chris made us feel comfortable and confident in what we were getting. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!!

What a breath of fresh air it was when I walked in the store and was greeted by Rachel. I was with my 87 year old Mom who needed a mattress asap. We left the store at 1:15 p.m. and the mattress arrived at 10:00 a.m. THE NEXT MORNING!!! AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, HAPPY AND APPRECIATIVE!!! We started out at Mattress Firm next door and have been waiting for a mattress to be delivered unsuccessfully since May 30. Besides being sweet as an angel to me and my Mom I was very impressed that Rachel didn't try to impress me by telling me she was part of the family that owned the store. I had casually mentioned that I purchased a futon from a guy named Derrick 30 years ago and it turned out Derrick is her Dad (the owner along with his wife). Turns out Rachel's brother runs the warehouse in town. One phone call confirmed the mattress was in stock and was available for delivery. My Mom is happy and so am I. Thanks and great job Rachel!

Rachel was the best! We were in and out so easily no stress buying! Got a great deal on a queen bed I would recommend Rachel at the Riverside store in Macon to anybody!
