Mancini's Sleepworld Pittsburg

I had a fantastic experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld, and it was all thanks to the store manager, Ottoniel Campos. From start to finish, Ottoniel was professional, attentive, and made the entire process incredibly easy. He took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly and provided the kind of expert guidance that makes a huge difference when making an important purchase. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service these days. If you’re heading to Mancini’s, definitely ask for Ottoniel—he does a phenomenal job! If you are looking for a mattress, don't waste your time anywhere else. I went to several other mattress stores before coming to Mancini’s Sleepworld, and the difference was night and day. While the other places felt "crooked"—full of fake people giving me the runaround or lazily telling me to just "go online"—Ottoniel Campos was the real deal. Ottoniel was honest, straightforward, and professional through the entire process. He didn't use any high-pressure tactics or fake sales pitches; he just did a great job helping me find exactly what I needed. It is refreshing to deal with someone with integrity who actually cares about the customer. Save yourself the headache and go straight to Mancini’s to see Ottoniel!

I bought a Sleepworld Euro-Top. My sleep is at a 10 now. Extremely satisfied with the price and quality. Definitely will be going back for my next purchase. Junior was my associate, his customer service skills are top-notch! He even helped me shove my mattress in the truck! See them first before you go somewhere else. Thanks Mancini Sleepworld Pittsburg!!!

Excellent service. Very happy with being shown everything that was available to us. Besides the bed we purchased we found a recliner and they made sure to find a second one from another store so we could have a set. Thank you

Been going here for about 9 years now I'm on my second mattress I chose one that was a little bit too firm so I got it pretty good deal on a gel memory foam. OT the manager at Pittsburg ca. store, was very informative and helped me a lot I enjoyed my experience there.

OT and Juan were great and we had fun throughout the process of picking the right mattress, pillows and sheets while gladly giving up the money at the end of the adventure. They were pros and gave us a good experience.
