I did not know what I wanted or what size bed I was looking for but he walked me through the entire process and I left with my mattress and an adjustable base. Super exited to get it delivered. James greeted us on arrival, asked some questions to determine what we wanted, then showed us several different types of beds that would meet our interests. He was friendly, not pushy, answered questions, and helped us purchase a sleep option that we’re excited about. We can’t wait for it to be delivered.
