Mancini’s Sleepworld Concord

I had a really great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Concord, thanks to my salesperson, Daniel. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right mattress without making me feel pressured. He listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Buying a mattress is a big investment, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a new mattress!

We had such a great experience in Pleasant Hill, CA, store thanks to James. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our needs while helping us choose the right mattress for our son, who has back problems. He took the time to explain the differences between options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. What really stood out was how much he cared about finding the best support and comfort for our son rather than just making a sale. Thanks to James, we feel reassured that we made the right choice. We truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness, and we highly recommend working with him!

I had an excellent experience with Daniel at the Pleasant Hill store. He helped me choose a mattress and headboard for my grandson and was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Even though I wound up canceling the order because the items I chose were too big, Daniel remained a true class act from start to finish. I truly appreciate the time he spent helping me and the respectful and professional way he handled the situation. Outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Daniel!!

Went in to buy my first mattress and was helped by Arash. He was extremely helpful and patient. I did not know what I wanted or what size bed I was looking for but he walked me through the entire process and I left with my mattress and an adjustable base. Super exited to get it delivered. Would highly recommend coming here and asking for Arash!

After driving by Mancini’s since we moved to this area, we finally went into the store today interested in adjustable beds. James greeted us on arrival, asked some questions to determine what we wanted, then showed us several different types of beds that would meet our interests. He was friendly, not pushy, answered questions, and helped us purchase a sleep option that we’re excited about. We can’t wait for it to be delivered.
