Mark's Mattress Outlet

I heard about Mark's Mattress Outlet years ago from Dave Ramsey. Over a period of 10+ years this is the 4th mattress set I've purchased from Mark's Mattress Outlet. We needed to replace our king mattress in our master bedroom, which I purchased from them about 10 years ago. Went there today and did just that. Bought a beautiful Beautyrest Harmony Lux Carbon mattress at a great price. The general manager, Ron, is a first class guy. Great folks, and a great company to do business with.

I had a great experience as I bought 2 mattresses in Hermitage. My salesperson was Niqui Chuna and she gave me terrific service. I will return.

Ron was very helpful and kind. We originally went to try the helix and see if we liked it before we bought it bc it was on Forbes as the #1 rated. He then asked many questions regarding how we sleep and helped us find the perfect mattress for how we sleep. We ended up going with the Glacier mattress and I can’t wait to sleep on it. I appreciate someone asking questions rather than pushing a product on me. Thank you, Ron!!

Amazing customer service!!! After a horrible experience with Mattress Firm, I started searching for somewhere else I could purchase a mattress. I came across their website and decided to pay this location a visit. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a delightful gentleman named John. I explained to him what I was looking for and the issues I had with my previous mattress shopping experience and he was happy to help me. Even more impressive was that I showed him the tag from the mattress in my guest room that I really like that was 10+ years old, he was able to tell me all about it and while they don't make them anymore, he was able to tell me about all of the improvements they have made on the current models. They had a large selection of mattresses and John was able to show me the ones he thought I would like based on my preferences, and even explained the differences between the various options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. *Tip* If you sign up for their "Outlet Pass", they'll email you a voucher for an additional discount off of your mattress. Mine was already marked down to a great deal (less than half of what you would pay elsewhere) and they were able to take an additional $100 off. I highly recommend this place and will encourage all of my friends and family to check it out.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Excellent service! Full professional communication throughout all points of the sale. Highly recommend you purchase from Jim McCain at Mark's Mattress Outlet in Greenwood. He is a straight forward honest guy who will treat the customer right. Very happy with our mattress purchase and will be absolutely doing business with him in the future whenever needed. - R&A
