Mathis Sleep

Buyer BEWARE! They will tell you they offer a "365 comfort guarantee" but what they really mean is you have to buy their gimmick club membership and you only get 1 exchange. They were never interested in actually helping us after the awful purchase, and their salesperson was misleading. It is an "as is" purchase, unless you give them even more money to hopefully get a mattress that works for you. Don't bother buying a mattress from them, there are other great companies that want to make it right and offer a solution if you don't like the mattress you laid on for 3 minutes. These guys are too big to care about the little guy.

Great customer service from Rickey Hernandez. Buying a mattress isn’t fun, more of an important necessity. However, Rickey made it fun . It was like talking with a good friend who really knows a lot about mattresses ! He was very informative, knowledgeable and not a high pressure salesman, which I personally appreciated . Thank You Rickey and I sincerely hope Mathis Brothers knows how lucky they are to have you on their team !! I highly recommend this store.

I went to this Mathis Brothers location looking for a new mattress, I walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman Rick Hernandez. I really wasn't sure what would fit my needs the best since my knowledge on mattresses is poor. Luckily, Rick was there, he had all the information I needed and at a price point I could feel comfortable. I had a very good overall experience here today and would definitely come back. I believe Rick is a very respectable salesman that represents the company well. Thank you!

Great experience. Really enjoyed the customer service from our sales representative Rickey Hernandez, very nice and tries to give you the best fit for your needs. I bought a cal King ecocomfort mattress that he recommended and I sleep like a baby. He always carries a positive attitude, and he's honest. I will go back to see him again for my future purchases. I recommend him 100%. Overall he made the experience that much more enjoyable.

We chose to purchase our bed from Mathis Brothers because of their reputation and the best satisfaction guarantee out there. I'm glad we did. We purchased a split king, and while my husband's mattress has been problem free mine was not. After problems twice with the same mattress we decided to go with a different manufacturer. So glad we did. But most important Mathis stood behind their guarantee. Equally important was the patient and helpful associate, Mr. Hernandez who worked to educate and guide us in finding the right solution. Thank you Rickey! If you're looking to make an investment in your bedding visit their sleep center in Cathedral City, they have a great selection and a great associate to help you find the one that's right for you.
