The Mattress Bros

I had never heard of Mattress Bros, but was looking for the highly rated Helix Midnight and found that they carried it here in the Valley. We went to the Indo store and Alan Salazar, the sales person at that store greeted us and showed us the mattress we were looking for so we could actually test the mattress. He was very knowledgeable as well as very personable, and guided us to the model that would work best for us. He answered all our questions and gave us very helpful information. The mattresses arrived and were very professionally and quickly added to our bedroom, and our old mattresses quickly taken away. The testing at the store, the sale and the delivery were all handled as best as we could have possibly asked for, and we love our new mattresses.

Finding the right mattress is a daunting task, given the many choices and brands available. We live in Borrego Springs and pretty much have to travel over an hour to shop for most everything. In our search for a store where we can actually try the mattress we need, we chose Mattress Brothers in Indio because of all the positive reviews. They have a nice selection of mattress brands that we tried. We actually settled on a floor model and received a huge discount because they were not going to carry that brand anymore. Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy to make a sale. We like no pressure sales people. We made the purchase and the mattress was delivered to our home in 2 days, they even removed our old mattress. They gave us 2 pillows as part of the deal, they were both supposed to be natural latex but unfortunately only one was. That was the only caviat and the reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5. We highly recommend Mattress Brothers if you’re looking for a new mattress. Happy in Borrego Springs.

I cannot recommend The Mattress Bros enough! From the moment we walked into the showroom, the experience was top-notch. Their product selection is incredible, they carry a wide range of brands and types (memory foam, hybrid, organic) without it feeling overwhelming. The showroom itself is clean, well-laid out, and pressure-free. You can actually take your time testing the beds without feeling rushed. As for the customer service, it was genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our budget and sleeping style. Delivery was seamless as well. If you need a new mattress, do yourself a favor and go here first!

My experience at The Mattress Bros was such an excellent one . I appreciate Raul with how well he explained everything I was asking about and picking out the right mattress! His knowledge and patience was exactly what I was looking for. Sending all friends and family here because here is where they truly help you! Thanks again Raul and The Mattress Bros!

We love our new bed. We first stopped into the Palm Desert store and met Daniel, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses. We went to the Indio store to try them out, and Raul steered us to our final purchase. The delivery team was awesome as well!
