The worst place for delivery I’m Arive one day early for delivery and no one wait for delivery except me they stay in office and doing nothing but no take care of me until next day they open 6:300 am and again only me for delivery Ten faking mattress I’m delivering 24 hours because manager is manager hi is a God and that is all

Ordered a mattress and two box springs only received mattress and one box spring. I asked for the other the delivery driver said that was every, showed me the receipt; the receipt showed three item and he still had the nerve to say no that means one set it’s just shows it twice. Called the store and was told they couldn’t reschedule until the next day and that delivery would be two days from then. Can’t claim customer service is important when there’s no policies set to fix these errors same day.

I purchased something from their store in N. Smithfield ri.. this was quickly within minutes as I knew exactly what I wanted. I opted for pickup from the Franklin ma warehouse. Upon arrival there were Zero customers there so we proceed to go in where we were not addressed for help. After two warehouse workers walk right by someone finally asks to help where we show our order slip. We proceed to exit to the loading dock. We wait 30min then go in and ask for an update where we are told I only have 3 workers they'll go pick it now (still no other customers) where now one comes up goes inside pulls to the dock. Then 15 minutes later the workers get their items and still not my one item. I drove off and canceled my order. This was rude and unprofessional!!

The lady working at the warehouse should be fired. Super unhelpful, drive 1.5 hours for her to tell my I don't have sales order right, called the original store of purchase and when I relayed that information she still said it was wrong. She kept walking away so I had to call the Waterford store to have them help me. I'm sorry if I come to your company I would hope someone has the decency to see they can help me. Didn't come to play telephone tag

Really can't complain the salesman knew his stuff inside and out explained options demonstrated what he's talking about with different mattresses got us on the right one price was cheaper than a big outlet place. Not trying to say that I enjoyed shopping for a mattress I mean who would but I can imagine this is probably the easiest you're going to find
