Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We just stopped in to get a better idea of some couches we were looking at. Nancy O greeted us kindly at the front, let us know she wasn’t there to pester us, and gave us some quick info. We had a look around and Nancy was available for any/all questions, and gave some great insights into the couches we were looking at. Although we weren’t ready to purchase, Nancy was kind, respectful, and made the experience much better than other furniture store visits. Thanks Nancy!

I went in after much internet research wanting to look at a specific mattress. They showed me that mattress and offered the closest upgrade, as well as a different category of mattress, but never pressured me to upgrade in any way. Friendly salespeople, but they also left me alone to try the mattresses over and over again! They did everything they could to make sure I had answers to most of my questions and offered to do more for ones that weren't readily available (I had a LOT of questions :), but some weren't critical to my decision)! I considered them all and went with the original one I went in to try. Bought some add-ons and they went a bit above and beyond there which was appreciated. They scheduled a delivery convenient for me and I left very happy with my decision and excited for delivery of my new mattress. I will review again about the mattress, delivery, and follow up customer service if any is needed. So far so good!

Enjoyed my visit to Bob's in Franklin. It was a joy to deal with such wonderful sales staff. Everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt like I was dealing w/ friends instead of sales people. Nancy K was wonderful

I purchase a 3 piece living room. The purchase process went very smooth. I had discussed a few questions with the sales associates about the furniture I purchased. She was very professional and answered all my questions. She also helped me set up delivery and removal of my old furniture and everything associated with it. Everything involving the total purchase experience was handled with professionalism and respect to the customer.

Ed was very helpful during our visit, went in to look at dining room tables, ended up leaving after purchasing a couch that had a feature that solved a space issue in our new home. Hoping the delivery goes as smoothly as the in store experience
