Wonderful experience! Carrie Frollo was a delight to work with. She listened to our needs, preferences and price constraints and worked within those, offering us lots of options. When we came back a second time to rework some choices, she and Jared (the owner) were patient and helpful. We even ended up canceling an order with “one of the big guys”, as Carrie and Jared found us identical substitutes at better prices (and we preferred to purchase from a small independent store). Highly recommend Simon’s for upholstery, wooden pieces, side pieces, mattresses and even rugs.

Decided to go to Simon’s just to look around- planning on buying furniture at later date. Saw several pieces I really liked and worked with Carrie, a sales consultant. She was very informative and helpful in picking out beautiful new furniture. Planned on checking out other stores but couldn’t pass up the price and quality.

We went to Simons because they have very nice furniture. It’s not cheap, but the sales folks are low pressure and the prices are great for the quality you get. Connie helped us find a beautiful Bradington-Young recliner we would have never found in one of the big stores. They even had our choice in Stock! If you’re looking for nice furniture (or even appliances) and love the feel of small-business service - go to Simons in Franklin!

I have bought the majority of my furniture from Simon’s and have always had a great experience. Furniture is great quality and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a dryer from Carrie today and she was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and really knew the product. She was so nice and made the process very easy! I highly recommend this store and Carrie.

2 days before Thanksgiving I had the pleasure of working with June from Simons and I have to say I have never received such compassionate, professional and expedient support! My refrigerator died on Tuesday without any notice and I spent the day frantically on the phone trying to replace it before entertaining for Thanksgiving. I called around everywhere, starting with larger businesses such as Costco and BJ’s, thinking they would have the most inventory and capability to purchase and deliver a new one in one day. Most of the places I called either laughed or tried to get me off the phone asap, thinking I was crazy. until I reached June at Simons. She sympathized with me and spent the time to figure out exactly what I needed, making sure I had the correct measurements to fit. I can’t tell you how long we were on the phone, because she kept going out to see what was on the floor and checking to make sure it could be delivered on time. Well she must have waved a magic wand or been an angel in disguise, as she managed to make it happen and get it in the truck for the next day, which was leaving as we spoke!! Never before have I received such great service and the refrigerator itself is awesome- I thought for sure I’d have to settle with less than I had originally. But no, she found the perfect one, even better than the original! We had just moved into our condo and hopefully we won’t need any more new appliances soon but if we do, we won’t even think about going anywhere else. Thank you Simons, you came through for us! I hope you realize what a gem of an employee June is too!
