We had a very positive, first experience at Matter Brothers yesterday. Our sales associate, Isabel, was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She helped us find 2 recliners that met our needs with a coastal design. She also made suggestions that will make the recliners work well for us. The prices were excellent and they are supposed to be delivered in 5 days. The store itself was pleasant, the lighting good and we appreciated that the background music was low. We also appreciated that the manager was available for questions. We recommend Matter Brothers.

I had an excellent experience at Matter Brothers located at the Fort Myers, Fl location. If you want someone that is kind, patient and will allow you to browse, ask for Kathy! I made multiple trips in selecting my purchases and she made the process very pleasant. I also want to commend the store manager for assisting me in completing my transaction. Now, my favorite furniture store!

Actually, I went in just to “look”! Well, I met Sharon, and then it went from just looking to” being on a mission “! She was wonderful. Both of us, being from the upper Midwest, Wisconsin and Minnesota, we totally understood each other. I just purchased a condominium, sold my house, and am learning how to live on my own. She showed me a beautiful couch and that was it. 1 couch, 2 end tables, coffee table, 2 bedside tables and a chest later, !! Thank you Sharon, and thank you Matter Brothers. You are amazing.

What a lovely experience. We were greeted upon arrival but then allowed to browse on our own. Our questions were answered promptly and accurately. When we were ready to make our purchase we were given options and every detail was explained. Sharon was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend her expertise.

Ordered and paid for an $1,800 sideboard in early September and when it was finally delivered on December 30 the quality is so poor it looks like something from Ollie's or Big Lots. Never so disappointed in a fairly expensive piece of furniture for which we waited over 3 months. They are ordering a new one apparently but we'll probably have to wait months again and who knows if the quality will be any better! If this is the quality of pieces Matter Brothers is selling then I don't recommend ever going there!
