Kane's Furniture - Fort Myers

Summer Carver was our Sales Consultant. A true pleasure to work with. She helped us find a 5 piece grouping for our lanai. We hit a “home run” very quickly. 5 Pieces in the right color. So it took us very little time to make our selection. THANK YOU SUMMER!

Came in today to look for a couch. Ben helped us find a couch that worked perfectly for our living space. Ben took the time to show us many different pieces at multiple price points. Ended up finding the perfect couch, and a mirror to go with it! Ben is very knowledgeable and was very helpful during the process. Made my experience at Kanes a great time, Thanks Ben!

Kanes Furniture has delivered exceptional service, great pricing, and fast delivery. Our salesperson couldn’t be better. The delivery team was above expectations and cleaned up everything thoroughly when delivery was completed. We have now made 3 purchases in the last month and look forward to Kanes for our furniture needs in the future.

I am planning a move from out of town, and was trying to arrange for the purchase of some furniture to be delivered as soon as practical after I arrive. I called the Fort Myers location and was lucky enough to be connected to Summer, a fairly new sales associate at Kane’s. I can’t say enough positive things about her level of service. I texted her a layout of the apartment I’m renting, and she helped me furnish it, and coordinate delivery within 24 hours of my arrival. This is a level of service that is very rare these days. I plan to refer all of my friends in the area, including those moving down imminently specifically to Summer! If Kanes Furniture was wise, they would put her on the fast track up the company ladder! If I could, I would give her 10 stars!

I had a great experience at Kane’s Furniture. I purchased an electric sectional couch, and Carmelo was absolutely incredible to work with. He was extremely helpful and patient, especially since I was very particular about the pieces and measurements I needed for my space. He guided me toward a color I would not have initially chosen, and I ended up loving it even more than what I had in mind. That kind of insight and honesty really made a difference. What stood out most was that he went above and beyond. He even helped me with a discount without me asking. His level of service, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Carmelo if you go. He truly made the experience exceptional.
