Sleep Number

William was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He let us take our time so we could pick the best bed for us. He had us try every bed so we could tell the difference in all of them. He did not try to sell us on certain features he knew were not important to us. We purchased a bed that I know we will love and I recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a sleep number bed.

What a wonderful experience we had at Sleep Number in Fort Myers. Every person in this store is extremely helpful and personable. We had the pleasure of working with Tim, who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain the technology behind the beds without making us feel pressured. Tim’s expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Stopped by to consider a new sleep bed, as we have one and have always been pleased with it. William met us at the door and served up the perfect answer for us...our dream bed. I own all their latest and greatest products and absolutely love them! However, when my final product, the mattress, arrived, it appeared to be used or refurbished. This is unacceptable.

Tim educated me on all of your options. He took the time to explain each version of the mattresses that you have to offer. He showed me how each bed works, and made it easy for me to make my choice. I highly recommend stopping in to see Tim if you’re in the market for a new mattress. He also explained the differences in the fabrics that the sheets and pillow cases are made from. I was very impressed with all of the options. Have not received my new bed yet, but I know I’m going to love it.
