BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY! Purchased a king Beautyrest mattress here for $1250. I was told it was a 1 of 1 mattress and the reason it's being sold here at nearly a 50% discount is because it's just old stock or maybe an old fabric print that they were able to buy from the factory. After doing some research all Beautyrest mattress lines look different from one another. The one I purchased mirrors the Select Broad Peak Medium Hybrid King mattress which is currently being sold by Rooms to go for $595. Identical in every single way. Even went to Rooms to go to see it in person. When I went to Mattress Avenue to ask them about this they said it's not the same. When I asked them for the model of the bed I was sold they wouldn't give me that information and said it could be different inside and that's just how it is, that's how things are. So basically they are telling me I bought an apple that looks identical to all the apples in the produce section yet I'm supposed to believe inside mine is a orange. No returns, nothing. You got me. Congratulations! I hope others see this and if at the very minimum they are more cautious than I was when looking to make a purchase. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Take pictures, demand a make and model number. The salesmen seem trustworthy and the reviews were good. Trust just doesn't exist in this day and age in business anymore. Be careful before spending your money or before signing anything. Edit after response: Going to 1 other store (Mattress Firm) and looking online doesn't mean several. I went to RTG directly after I spoke to the owner which was after the purchase. I never mentioned prices like you said. I explained that I've seen them from 500 dollars all the way into the thousands depending on the mattress. If what you say is true you'd be able to give the model number of the mattress. If you can provide a model number to reference and it's a different one but the same appearance as the RTG one I'll be happy to apologize and take down my review.

The customer service is above the rest. We absolutely love our mattress. They walk you through the whole process and find you exactly what is needed. The price is amazing! A great locally owned and operated shop!

In this day and age, where customer service is something of the past, it's nice to revisit a store, where you are treated like family. Darrell, the owner, not only remembers your name, he asks about your family. And it's been a long time between visits because the quality of the mattress' he carries are fantastic. His store is incredibly clean and just so comfortable to shop in. I normally don't write reviews, but sometimes you just have to give credit where credit is due. Mattress Avenue is the place to go!!

Saved a TON of money here and I got exactly what I needed. Actually ended up with 2 beds and still spent less than I was going to somewhere else for just mine. Highly recommend you check them out!
