Great Rooms - Spring Hill

I would of left a 5 star review until yesterday . I had rented a sectional and a TV stand that I have had for several months. So I decided to return the sectional and keep the TV stand. First off it took me three days to talk to someone that could set up the pickup. Second they tell me they will be here by 1pm to pick up the sectional. They show up at about 450pm. No curtisey call or an apology upon Third i had as a curisey cleared the pathbto the door picking up any shoes or anything that may be in the way. However I didn't remove the shelf/coat rack. They never asked or offered to remove it as they commenced to barrel down the hall catching the shelf and tearing it off the wall. Screws and . Tossed it to the side and continued taking the sectional down Mind you they still have not even spoken to me at all. I assumed that they would come back up and at least apologize but next thing I know I hear "that's all thank you" and then I hear the door close. I walked out to ask what they planned to do but by the time I got to the door they were gone. So no 5 star

Just bought our bedroom set today! We came in yesterday and Chris was awesome and broke everything down for us and made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. We came back today to finalize our decision and Dan helped us pick out the perfect set! Everyone was super nice and helpful!
