The salesmen Kelly, was extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point during our conversation he told us to talk to Trump regarding our issue with the mattress purchased at this store. Not only he did not solve our problem, but he even ridiculed us and discriminated against us as soon as he heard us communicate between us in our language other than English. What was the point of threatening us to use Trump against us? Is it because we’re immigrants? We asked him again what Trump had to do with our mattress, and he kept mocking us. Further, when we asked who was capable of resolving our issue, he went off on a threatening tangent and said he would call the cops. The cops could have been welcomed but unwarranted, because at no time did any of us raise our voice. We did not call him any names, we did not threaten him, the cops being called would have made him look as an irresponsible citizen, wasting police time and taxpayer resources. We are grateful for technology advancements, because as we made him aware, we recorded him all the way up until he kicked us out of the store. We left in a calm manner, since we refuse to trespass where we are not desired, however we did make him aware the review would be terrible anywhere we can spread the word on line( and justified by his less than stellar behavior). He proceeded to make it clear he did not care, which makes sense because he is not the owner of the business, so it will not damage his bottom line and cut into his possible future profits. And the worst part of all this was my 64 year old was mother with us. I bought this mattress as a Christmas present for her, trying to show my love as a caring son. He ruined the gift, the intention behind the gift, the enjoyment of the gift, and scared and upset my mother with his threats to the point where she immediately took her Metropolol for her heart condition, and her Benzepryl for her blood pressure. Terrible experience, and I wish I never gave them my$1400, because he ruined this Christmas.

Bought a bed from here with a 10 year warranty had some problems with the bed so I called about my warranty and Jim claimed he'd look into it and help me out and I've never heard back from him and he has never returned any of my calls. Why buy a bed with warranty if the business can not even honor it.
View on GoogleThis is the worst bed I ever bought. I have a very bad back and the lady in the Hemet store said this is perfect for you. Well I try it out and it was very nice at that time. Now I have to turn this bed around about every month. Money down the drain.
View on GoogleBought a bed from here and was supposed to receive a headboard. Never received a headboard. I've been getting the runaround 4 weeks. This time when I spoke with her on the phone she told me that she's not going to deal with me anymore and hung up on me.
