Living Spaces

I will never buy from Living Spaces again. The quality of these pieces are so cheap it's ridiculous. I haven't even had this couch for more than 2 years and this stupid piece already broke off. You can see how cheap this is made by having this as a support holding up a persons weight. I only weigh 180 pounds and this piece of crap already broke. And guess what they won't return it! I went to More furniture down the road and they have way better quality. Don't waste your money here because you'll have to buy another couch a year or 2 later. Complete waste of money and I'm very disappointed. Terrible

Customer service was great. Thuy Roissier was wonderful. No pressure to purchase just very helpful with information needed before making a decision to purchase. I went back in to make my purchase 3 weeks later. I was assisted this time by Dejah. She was equally as impressive/great as Thuy. Living Spaces in Menifee CA you get an A+ on hiring the right individuals.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Living Spaces, and I've been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. When I purchased a rug, I was told that I would have several days to return or exchange it if I wasn't satisfied. Less than two hours later, I returned to the store to exchange it for another rug that cost nearly twice as much. To my surprise, I was denied the exchange, even though I was trying to spend more money. Most of the employees I interacted with were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager, Melinda, was completely different. I left feeling as though I was being racially profiled and treated differently. As a recently retired African American Navy officer and a member of a military family, I have always believed that customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I have rarely felt as devalued and disrespected as I did during this interaction. After more than a decade of shopping with Living Spaces, I am extremely disappointed that this is how a loyal customer was treated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping at this location.

Very happy with my purchase. This Living Spaces has a giant selection. We literally spent 2 hours looking at different couches. The sales staff isn’t pushy or overbearing so that was nice. They just let us try them out and provided some basic info important to making a purchase like the configuration sheets at each design. Make sure to pick up a sheet so you can see what combinations you can get on the sectionals. Very helpful. Tristan was a standout and made me feel comfortable in his approach on our first visit. Travis was very approachable and we ended up going with him because he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Anyway, just wanted to give my 2 cents because I’m hard to impress and I was very satisfied with my experience in making such a large purchase. Thanks guys!

Sooo many options. And their people let's you shop. I Like that they give you a moment to explore what you plan to purchase. They help with your comparison and your desire for the most comfortable. I bought a pull out couch. Then I came back and got a sectional.
