Our experience at the Menifee Mattress Firm store was excellent! Garry, our salesperson, was the perfect blend of knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and patient! In addition, we had plenty of mattress brands and types to try out, which, along with Garry’s shared mattress expertise, really helped us decide on the right bed for us! We can confidently recommend the Mattress Firm store in Menifee!
View on GoogleAndrew took the time and patience with us to find the right adjustable base which ended up being a temper pedi base. We also think the store Manager Gary is great and bought our mattress from him two years ago. He had a day off so we wanted to purchase right away.
View on GoogleJust wanted to give a quick 5 star shout out to Garry. He was patient, informative, and went over all options, priced high and low. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Our decision took quite some time as we went back and forth, trying out several mattresses. He gave us time to deliberate privately as my husband and I discussed our decision. He was very knowledgeable regarding all options, from the manager’s special, all the way up to 4,000+ options. This is our 2nd time purchasing from Mattress Firm, and our experience did not disappoint. Thank you Garry!
View on GoogleAndrew was incredibly knowledgeable about the store products. He was very patient with our processing time. He was welcoming and made us feel as though our needs were important to him. I would recommend him to all seeking a mattress. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge makes him the perfect face for your company.
View on GoogleGarry was able to set up delivery for the very next morning. I appreciated the terms with no interest for a time, the 120 day return option and the extended warranty options. Garry was refreshingly informative and supportive, reminding me of all the details we tend to overlook when making a purchase. He is sharp, I learned quite a bit from him. Thank you.
