View on GoogleWe came here after going to a chain location and not being satisfied with their selection and general attitude. Customer service here was attentive and friendly, we were showed the beds we were interested in, in our price range. We were rang up quickly and got a delivery date set up with no fuss. On the delivery day, they were about an hour late but notified us that they would be running late before our delivery window closed. When delivered they set the bed up quickly and moved in and out of our house very quickly. This was a great experience from start to finish.
View on GoogleAfter our experience buying 2 new Twin XL beds with adjustable bases here, I can say I would never buy a mattress anywhere else, as long as Mattress Brothers is still in business. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owner, Jim Manning, was there the day we were there, and he could not have been kinder, more patient, less pressure-y, or more helpful. Best of all, his prices are simply the best by far, anywhere around. Check for yourself. He carries all the best brands, too. We bought Helix "Midnight" mattresses with extra nice Beautyrest bases, and so far, so good. I have back problems, so we'll see. Jim's two delivery guys were great, too--Mark and ?, sorry I can't remember your name. Set-up was careful and flawless, and they even helped us put on a needed frame for an older mattress whose frame had broken. Jim sold us the new frame at a ridiculously low price, just because he's so nice and seems to genuinely want to do better-than-right by his customers. Believe me, you can't go wrong here. Shop around, and you'll find out. Buying a new mattress is one of the most confusing and difficult purchases one can make. Jim took every last bit of stress out of it for us. Thank you, new friend Jim. You treated us like family.
View on GoogleI needed a low profile box spring after moving my mom to my place, and I needed it last minute. The owner was so incredibly helpful, and was able to get one to me same day. Other places I called couldn’t or wouldn’t. Mattress Brothers will be my go to for all of our mattress needs from now on. Highly recommend them.
