My experience was positive. From the moment I walked through the door, all interactions with employees were warm and inviting. Finally, I was helped by Mia, who helped to make good choices on a sofa and love seat set, a dining room set and living room tables. I even bought a carpet and two wiener dogs for decorations. She stayed with us the whole time and shared options that would best serve our needs.

Ms. Mariska helping us to pick a lot of items we wanted to purchase. She is very friendly and knows the merchandise. She provided us with each item prices and email it to us. Very educated with the merchandise from the store. She is very great customer service. We are Satisfied with her service helping us to pick what we wanted at the store and give the information what we needed.

Curtis was so helpful to both me and my wife. It was our first time buying a couch and we had very specific measurements we were trying to fit, and Curtis walked the entire store with us and showed us all our options and how we could change couches to fit our measurements! Great customer service

I purchased a small recliner from Bob’s Furniture at the Redlands store. Rosa ( our sales representative) was friendly and knowledgeable. We opted to pick it up ourselves from the warehouse in San Bernardino. When we arrived, our chair was ready, the staff loaded in our truck quickly. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
