We dealt with Dave Burnham, in Redlands. He was fabulous! Very helpful and patient. He never pushed us to do anything, which was appreciated. He showed us the options, based on what we wanted, explained all options and left us alone to talk about it! Walter was amazing! We walked in and an hour later walked out with a new purchase. His expertise was on point and although we went in knowing what we wanted, he listened to our needs and showed us several other potential options. This helped us determine our original choice was a great fit for us! I cannot wait to receive our Purple rejuvenate mattress!

SitnSleep in Redlands is a reliable and customer friendly store. They have a wide selection of mattresses. It is a no sales pressure store and under the management of David Burnham you can be confident that you’ll be well taken care of. We bought a Stearns and Foster bed 9 years ago and due to the mattress not maintaining its form we were allowed to exchange it because of the 10 year warranty we had on the bed. David handled everything for us in this exchange and has been excellent to work with. My husband and I are impressed with the quality of service and professionalism at SitnSleep in Redlands. We greatly appreciate the personal care and effort that David provided to help resolve all of our issues in determining which bed to purchase. I also want to give a shout out to Peter Contreras, manager of SitnSleep in Culver City. He helped us on Memorial Day when we were out of town to try out several beds and find other SitNSleep stores where we could try other beds to consider before we made our final decision with David for our exchange. Easy no pressure experience at this location with Walter Caballero. He was patient as we were undecided for a while until we could make a decision. Shipping was also way faster from Sit’nSleep vs direct from the manufacturer. Thanks again!
