Factory Mattress

Working with Shannon was a wonderful experience. I checked out both Rooms-To-Go and Mattress Firm, but Factory Mattress offered the best value for what we required. I appreciated not feeling pressured throughout the process.

Donnell is a great customer service representative for the factory mattress. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and very easy to speak with. Thank you for helping us in our search for a mattress, Donnell!

I dealt with Shannon and she was very helpful, she had great customer service skills. Shannon gave us a great deal for two beds, she even adjusted the price to fit our budget. I recommend factory mattresses at the rim, they have good quality beds and they work with you. Don’t forget to ask for Shannon, she’s awesome!!!

We purchased our 2 mattresses recently and our so very pleased with them. The quality is superb, The delivery and set up was so efficient the two gentlemen were courteous and paid attention to detail making sure everything was secure and centered. I have to thank the store manager Shannon for her expertise and helpfulness explaining All the different features of each mattress I asked about, what a lovely lady.

Shannon was absolutely fantastic! She was by herself juggling multiple customers, while still delivering top quality service and personalized recommendations. Thank you so much! My husband and I are so excited for our new mattress.
