I got my mattress from Mattress By Appointment about a year ago, and it’s been really good. The prices and deals were amazing, and the customer service was great too. He was super nice and explained all the different types of mattresses really well. Overall it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend going there! :)

Absolutely blown away by my experience with Mattress By Appointment! I can’t believe I almost overpaid at a big box store—these guys had the exact same quality mattresses for half the price. No gimmicks, no pressure—just genuine, helpful service. He was incredibly friendly and patient, never pushy, and truly cared about helping me find the right fit instead of just making a sale. The mattress I bought is top-notch quality and came with a warranty twice as long as what the competition offered. I’m sleeping better, my wallet’s happier, and I’d recommend them a hundred times over. If you’re even thinking about a new mattress—do yourself a favor and check them out first!

Purchased our mattress in November 2024. It absolutely has changed our sleep. Johnny did such a great job of listening to what we were looking for, while making excellent recommendations. Gave us multiple options at different price points and was not pushy at all! We are so happy with our choice and will be going back to John for all of our mattress needs in the future!

We purchased a king mattress for our master bedroom and a queen mattress for our spare room from Johnny. He talked my husband into also purchasing new platforms, claiming that box springs were horrible for mattresses, would ruin them quickly, and therefore leave the mattress warranty void. He also talked my husband into purchasing mattress protectors, again claiming that if there was any damage at all to the mattress, the warranty would be void. After our mattresses were delivered, we discovered that our king had a large cut down the side of it - through the packaging and into the mattress itself. My husband contacted Johnny several times, asking that the mattress either be replaced or we wanted it in writing that the mattress arrived damaged and our warranty would still be in tact. After many delays in communication and “promises” that he would make it right, Johnny never resolved our issue or got back to us and it has been several months. What a way to treat a veteran trying to support a local business. Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere and support somebody who is trustworthy and has integrity. *EDITED TO ADD: Johnny did text my husband once about a replacement mattress AFTER I left my negative review.

Jonny was very nice to talk to today. He is very clear and upfront on all of his prices. He has been a huge help for me. Can't recommend enough especially in a pinch
