Mattress By Appointment - Hudson, WI

Mike was very nice and great to chat with. My mom has limited mobility so this was a better option for us. At no time did we feel pressured into having to buy anything which is a great feeling. The prices are awesome! Overall a wonderful experience and cannot wait to pick up my new mattress!

Mike was great. We needed a new guest room mattress (our guests let us know!) 😂Appreciated Mike’s honest and straightforward approach. Didn’t try to upsell us or sell us more than we needed for an occasionally used mattress. We did choose a higher grade mattress—so comfortable we might sleep in the guest room! Got some new comfy pillows as well. Thanks Mike!

★★★★★ First Brand-New Bed & Amazing Experience This was my first time ever buying a brand-new bed for myself. Before this, I had always used hand-me-down mattresses, so this was a really big moment for me. The experience at Mattress By Appointment made it even more special. He was incredibly understanding, patient, and easy to work with from the moment we walked in. Since the adjustable base we ordered had to be shipped, he generously let us use one of the basic bases temporarily so we’d still have something to sleep on until ours arrived. That level of consideration meant a lot considering our house had just burned down and we were having to start over completely from scratch. On top of that, he gave us a discount and really worked with us to make sure we could walk out with a bed the same day. We originally picked a cheaper version that normally would have needed to be ordered, but instead he upgraded us to the more expensive version he had available on hand so we didn’t have to wait. The whole process felt honest, accommodating, and genuinely customer-focused. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about helping you get the right bed and making the process easy, I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment. This was a huge first purchase for me and they made it a great experience.
