I couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with.. very friendly, kind and compassionate. the mattress is just what we were looking for. the price was great, and was delivered in a timely fashion.. they even took away my old mattress and box spring so I wouldn't have to.. I would definitely buy from mattress by appointment again!

Harry is amazing to do business with! It’s a sad fact that not enough people put value on customer service, and making sure your customers are happy even after the sale is done. I recommend that everyone who is in the market for a mattress see Harry before you go anywhere else. No need to give a big box store your money, and no need to waste the time hitting the different stores in Virginia. We LOVE our mattress!! Great service, great product and a great night of sleep! ❤️

This was the cleanest, well mandered and attentive place I have ever shopped for a major purchase. He had the best behaved tiny Frenchie puppy. Simply beautiful ❤️!!!

WHAT A EXPERIENCE!!!!! Today my sister and I made the adult decision to go buy a mattress set. When I tell you Mr.Harry really made it an experience, it's a understatement. Mr. Harry walked me thru the process, he was very knowledgeable about picking the mattress fit for me, his customer service was excellent from the time I opened the door, as well as cut some jokes with us. It was quick and a good time all wrapped in one. My anxiety be really high and typically don't like being in spaces out of my normal. and he me made me feel really welcomed and comfortable. Thank you Mr. Harry, definitely a 10 out of 10, really recommend!!!!! I will be back in the near future.

Harry was great, he listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction .He gave me a great deal on a premium queen size mattress and box spring. I didn't think I could afford it, but he made it happen. I highly recommend buying a mattress with Mattress By Appointment , it was a great shopping experience.
