The furniture itself is okay, but the pricing and customer service were disappointing. We purchased several pieces because we were told the sale was for that day only, which made us feel pressured to decide quickly without enough time to properly think it through. Because of that urgency, we went ahead and bought the furniture. However, about a week later, when I checked their website, I noticed they were offering better promotions, including free items (such as a television) when spending over certain amounts. We actually met those spending thresholds during our initial purchase, but none of those offers were mentioned to us at the time. That was frustrating and made us feel misled. Customer service after the sale was also not great. Once the purchase was completed, the experience changed. When I called to ask follow-up questions, the staff member sounded unwelcoming and not accommodating. The responses were very short, one-word answers, and the tone felt dismissive, which is disappointing when you’ve already spent a significant amount of money. Overall, the furniture quality is "okay", but the pricing transparency and post-sale customer service need improvement. A better, more consistent customer experience would make a big difference.

Our shopping experience was great. We found tons of different choices there. All of the staff was friendly. Our sales guy Kris & also Nadine were very helpful to us. Would recommend.

I Purchased a new kitchen table set about 6 months back. From start to finish I was 100% satisfied with the service. From the salesman product knowledge, to the completion of the paperwork, and the delivery. Product arrived on time and the Delivery guys (Darius and Mike) had excellent customer service. I highly recommend that you give them your business.

The ladies were amazing & very helpful. And the prices were the best I’d found compared to other stores. I will definitely be back!!

Associates Carolyn and Nadine were very helpful and so sweet. Prices cant be beat and they have a large selection. Check them out. If you need help, please see them. 🌟
