Mattress By Appointment Jacksonville FL

I will start off by saying great customer service! Secondly the process was quick after I decided which matress I wanted. He gave me all the time I needed to test out the beds. My appointment was at 12pm and I received my bed same day by 3pm. (AMAZING). I was in desperate need of having it delivered same day and they made it happen. Delivery fee wasn't bad at all either. I definitely recommend!!

I was able to take my time making my selection without feeling rushed. The owner was very patient and professional. The environment is inviting, clean and he accommodate your time. I truly love the mattress I've chosen. My first night was a dream after years of waking up restless feeling like I've been in a fight all night. Thanks Delvin for helping me sleep like a baby now 😊.

I called the phone number listed 4 times. The call was declined once, and the other 3 times no answer. When I went to the door (during business hours) nobody was there. The doors were locked and lights were off. I understand it says by appointment but if I can’t reach anyone to make an appointment, what am I supposed to do? Just seemed very sketchy overall Edit: I finally got an appointment. No phone calls were answered or voicemails returned, so I took a long shot by texting. When I did arrive, it was hot. It seems like the owner was making the prices on the fly. He would throw out a drastic number like $1500 sales price then when I said absolutely not, he was able to come up with $700. Whether he was or wasn’t making the prices up on the fly has nothing to do with my rating. Also keep in mind, if you’re looking for an affordable mattress, this is not the place to go. The owner told me there is nothing under $700. Most likely not anything under $800. There are no price tags on display. You have to ask him the price for each individual mattress. Nor does he directly answer questions about price. He will just mention the option to finance, or keep trying other mattresses.

There comes a time when you have to realize that walking up in pain from your old bed is not healthy. I dreaded mattress shopping but waking up in pain was no longer an option for me. After scrolling on Facebook I came across Mattress by Appointment and decided to message them with a few questions. What I did not expect was a reply ( after business hours) and they had next day availability for an appointment 😀 When I arrived at the show room I was greeted with warm smiles and I was allowed to take my time to choose my bed without any " sales pressure". The staff was very knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. They treated me like family and I greatly appreciated it. My next day delivery was fast and super efficient. Those gentlemen had my old mattress out and new one set in under 10 minutes. 🤯 Saying that "I love my new bed" is an understatement, I " absolutely, positively LOVE my new bed". Thank you so much Mattress by Appointment, you guys rock !!

Very nice and inviting, good amount of mattresses to chose from as well as boxsprings, pillows and mattress covers. Process for approval was simple and took about 5 minutes to apply and get an approval. The whole process was easy and I would definitely tell a friend to tell a friend
