Great mattress store. This is my second mattress I've bought from them and the salespeople are great to work with. Didn't try to sell me the high dollar mattress but asked what I wanted and helped me get what I asked for. Love my new mattress. Tempur-pedic hybrid mattress with an adjustable base.

I bought my mattress here and had a great experience. I still love my Tempurpedic mattress with adjustable base several years later. I definitely suggest the cooling protective mattress cover. I brought my mom here this week to get the same bed. Robert was wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient until my mom found her perfect bed. Janae was equally helpful since we had to come back on Robert’s day off. Thank you for taking care of my mom!

We had a wonderful experience today at Mattress Firm. Jenae (our sales rep) was incredible. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of every mattress they had. I was a walking zombie due to virtually no sleep in years, and was desperate for a solution. My wife and I finally feel confident that we chose a mattress that will help us sleep thanks to the expert guidance of Jenae. Time will tell, but regardless we feel confident that we've gotten a great deal on a great mattress.

First time visitors. Looking for a guest room mattress for my mother's guest room. Found a great Black Friday sale with adjustable base included at a very reasonable price. Come see Janae and ask her about their product. I very much liked she offered a wide range of price options and did not try to up sell me. Definitely glad we stopped in. Absolutely incredible experience! My partner and I were pretty nervous about going mattress shopping, especially since it was our first time, but we were greeted with friendliness and respect by Atila. He helped us through the entire process, taking the time to get to know us to see what we might need from a mattress. He was not pushy and was great at educating us on the different types. I wanted to wait to write this review until it was actually delivered, and I can say the delivery team had the same friendliness and respect as Atila! Gerald and his teammate were not only a few minutes early, they completed the base and mattress set up, and hauled away my old mattress in ten minutes. On top of all that, we received coupons and deals that made the purchase worthwhile, not to mention better sleep = better health. 10/10 would recommend!
