Sleep Number

Shout out to the fantastic sale staff and store manager. Joann spent a lot of time with my wife and me thoroughly and professionally explaining everything about a sleep number bed you need to know. All I can say is wow. The store manager was very genuin and her honesty was refreshing. If you need a new mattress I highly recommend this River City store! Cheers!

We had such an amazing experience at our local Sleep Number store! All of our concerns were listened to and addressed as we went through the process of finding our perfect bed. The managers working were SO helpful and kind, going out of their way to make the whole visit a positive experience. We ordered a bed that day thanks to their understanding and knowledge of our needs!!

My husband and I went to check out sleep number. Joanne was very knowledgeable. We felt like all our questions were answered. We bought a bed we like and didn’t feel pressured at all. We also bought two pillows. The pillows we were able to take home same day, and I’ve never slept so great in my life. I can’t wait to see how this bed will be!

I walked in and was greeted very kindly by the staff. It being Black Friday, they were busy but still got right to me. Tina was the young lady who assisted me. I had several questions to which she answered easily. She knows the product. There was no high pressure sales and I already knew what I was buying before I walked in the door. I've owned a Sleep Number bed for the past 13 years and they are great. Never a flat spot from laying in the same place for 13 years. I'm only buying a new one due to personal issues and I plan to sell my old Sleep Number bed for a fair price since it is in great condition. Like new to be honest. So they last. But this store and staff were great, no complaints from me. Don't let the price stop you, come in, take a look, if you are really in the market for a long lasting bed, you can't go wrong here. Best mattress I have ever had. I have gone to other mattress stores and it felt more like a used car lot with shady salespeople but Tina was profeszional, knowledgable and courteos. I highly reccommend Sleep Number.
