Meeting Wendell from Mattress By Appointment was a completely outstanding experience. From the moment I expressed interest in purchasing a new bed until the moment of delivery Wendell was friendly, courteous and professional. The entire experience was completely smooth and I felt no pressure to buy anything. (I ended up buying 2 new beds!) All my questions were answered fairly, honestly and respectfully. DEFINITELY will return with all my future purchase needs. Thank you Wendell for an amazing shopping experience!

As a first time customer for Mattress by Appointment, I’m very satisfied. I appreciate the customer service. We thought we wouldn’t have been able to make a purchase, but gladly, with the help of Mr. Wendell, my husband and I were able to find a bed that’s suitable for us. I gotta say, for the quality and price, it’s quite worthwhile. There is no other place with the same deal that’s budget friendly. Plus, Mr. Wendell delivered the item. Now I can sleep comfortably at night. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience with Mattress by Appointment in Killeen. I walked in a Friday Afternoon needing a mattress by Monday bc of a last minute surgery. 1 hour later a had one delivered to my home that was nice and within my budget. Wendell was super nice and attentive, he made sure I was going to be okay by Monday.
