Ashley Store

We Walked in and we were immediately greeted by Wendy! She worked hard to help us find the perfect coffee table that met both our needs and our style. Not only did we get a great deal, but Wendy was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. She made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture’s delivery team, Rossie and Tye. They were professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service from the moment they arrived. They delivered and set up my couch quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. They were respectful of my home, handled everything with care, and took the time to make sure I was satisfied before they left. It’s not often you come across delivery personnel who are this friendly and attentive. Rossie and Tye made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate the outstanding service! I highly recommend them to anyone receiving a delivery from Ashley Furniture.

Largest Ashley Showroom that we have found in Central Texas, with friendly costumer service that had patients to answer all our questions. “No sales pressure” and willing to spend time finding the best deals and matches for what we came to look for. We even had a chance to spin the wheel for additional discounts, and saved a bundle. We ended up leaving with two sets of furniture for the dining room and living room and a repair for our sectional couch. I am happy to have taken the time with my family to see the entire show room floor and look forward on returning in the near future for our home and patio needs. Thank you Anthony & Kyle for your outstanding commitment towards customer service.

Ashley HOMESTORE Copperas Cove, TX. This store has a good amount of inventory to choose from and also has a big screen available to search online inventory. The in-store inventory that I observed was modern and well made. The moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by all three staff members on duty 11/12/2025. The salesman was helping me and another couple. The salesman was attentive to both of us. Very pleasant gentleman and once I had made my decision he referred me to the finance desk, this young lady was so patient and courteous with my many questions. When we rapped up everything as I was leaving all three team members thanked me for coming in. When my couch was delivered Tye and John were very respectful of my property inside and out, the delivery went very well, they even gave me some helpful pointers about moving my couch in the future should I find the need. I didn’t ask they were just being very helpful and I was appreciative of it. Overall Ashley HOMESTORE made this a simple and easy process.

My husband and I were assisted by Anna and Jaycee! For starters, ONE WORD: AMAZING. They were able to get a a great deal on not only a 6 seater dining table set but a amazing recliner chair for my nursery, as I am expecting in October 2026.
