Casey was amazing and has great customer service!! Best price mattress in town and saves you tons of money. Will be recommending this place to everyone in the future and will most definitely be back when it’s time for a new mattress!!

I met with Casey and he was very accommodating and thorough in explaining the different styles and designs. I don’t have a lot of knowledge about mattresses but that wasn’t a problem. Not to mention that other competitors cannot beat their price. Great place if you are looking for a mattress.
View on GoogleI bought a mattress from Casey about 2 months ago. I had just returned home from the hospital after major reconstructive back surgery. I was in a lot of pain, was sleeping poorly on our very firm several year old mattress, and was in no shape to go out mattress shopping. I called Mattresses by Appointment after a brief Google maps search. I gave Casey a brief synopsis of my situation and what I was looking for. It was quickly clear that he was not only compassionate and customer-oriented, but that he was a motivated distributor who was going to go the extra mile to make a mutually satisfactory transaction happen. He made arrangements to have several mattresses brought out to my home within a few days so that I could try them and make an informed choice. They spannned the gambit from soft to firm and of varying types. He brought each of them into my home, set each up on my bed, and let me try them. One of them was perfect, and I ended up buying it from him. Two months later it still sleeps extremely well! I expect it will hold up well for years. You just don't find that kind of "old-world" customer service these days, especially in cut-throat industries like mattress sales. I remain thoroughly impressed by Casey at Mattresses by Appointment, and will be buying my next bedroom set there when the time comes. Very very highly recommended!!

View on GoogleI don’t normally post my experiences online but I feel like it’s important to share my experience with Casey at Mattress by Appointment. He was very knowledgeable and the price was excellent. I didn’t have a lot of time so he answered my questions and set me up with exactly what I needed. I’ve never had a king size bed before and I don’t think I’ve ever slept so good. Thanks again!
