I had a fantastic experience buying a mattress. Working with Frank was absolutely pleasure. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, taking the time to listen to my needs. He showed me great options within my budget without any high-pressure sales tactics. Frank guided me through the entire selection process with professional and honesty. He answered every question I had and truly felt taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend both the store and Frank of his outstanding customer service.
View on GoogleFrank provided excellent customer service! We originally came in just to window shop and planned to buy elsewhere, but his friendly attitude and great offers changed our minds. We ended up purchasing a mattress that same day and have been very happy with our decision. Thank you, Frank, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. We are very happy customers.😊

He educated us on what type of mattress would be best for our mother and gave us plenty of options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured, which we truly appreciated. Frank took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured we felt confident in our final decision. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we left feeling satisfied and grateful for his help. We would definitely recommend working with Frank and shopping at Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a great mattress-buying experience.

View on GoogleKayla welcomed me with her gorgeous smile. I asked for what I was looking for and she did not hesitate to guide me, she made my purchase quick and easy. We had relatable conversations about past experiences on mattresses. She went out of her way to accommodate the mattress into my small car as well as do additional research on my cars for the mattress to fit. She is great, her teamwork meant a lot to me and she even offered me and my cousin a water bottle afterwards. I highly recommend Kayla and I look forward to coming into mattress firm again just for her.
