Mattress by Appointment Lakewood WA

James was absolutely wonderful to work with! He’s incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you and your needs rather than just trying to make a sale. What I appreciated most was how realistic and supportive he was about budget. He helped me sort through my options, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. He gave me plenty of space and time to try out mattresses and make the decision that was right for me. The entire process was painless, straightforward, and honestly much easier than I expected. If you’re looking for a new bed, I highly recommend checking him out. You can walk away with an amazing mattress at a great price, and one that will likely last you 10+ years. Take home your dream bed for $22.02 after tax and pay the rest on your time. Great service, great deals, and a genuinely good person. Thanks, James!

James was an absolute dream to work with! Purchased and had the mattress & frame delivered the very next day! No pressure …. No nonsense…. Straight forward presentation of his products and he was so very attentive to what I was needing to purchase for a family member. He personally delivered the items for a very modest charge….. so very grateful for him and his services! I will be purchasing with him again in the future!
